Held bi-annually, the Young Researchers Seminar is convened by ECTRI, the European Conference of Transport Research Institutes (ECTRI), in partnership with Forum of European National Highway Research Laboratories (FEHRL) and Forum of European Road Safety Institutes (FERSI). A unique European-based training event, which allows for participation of American researchers thanks to the ECTRI-TRB Memorandum of Understanding.
